1. Introduction
Welcome to Archimade Interiors. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging in any business transaction with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Archimade Interiors provides architecture, interior design, structural engineering, and turnkey construction solutions. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be clearly defined in individual project agreements, proposals, or contracts signed between Archimade Interiors and the client.
3. Payments & Fees
All payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the project agreement. Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services. Any additional work or modification requested by the client beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, layouts, and other materials created by Archimade Interiors remain the intellectual property of the firm unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or share these materials without prior written consent.
5. Project Changes & Cancellations
Archimade Interiors reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any project or service due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client. Clients requesting changes or cancellations must do so in writing, and related costs, if any, will be settled mutually.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Archimade Interiors strives for accuracy and quality, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services. All project outcomes are subject to site conditions, third-party dependencies, and client cooperation.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the project. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
9. Updates to Terms
Archimade Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official communication platforms.
